Jililudo serves adult residents of Bangladesh. Registrations from restricted regions may result in account termination, and deposited funds may not be refunded.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on jililudo:
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method used.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.
Withdrawal Rules
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Jililudo reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotions
Jililudo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:
- Wagering Requirements: A specified number of wagers must be placed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated separately for each bonus.
- Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

5 Gaming Policy
All games on jililudo are RNG (Random Number Generator) tested and certified by independent third parties. The following gaming policies apply:
- All game outcomes are entirely random and determined without any external interference.
- If a technical error causes any discrepancy in a game result, jililudo reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wagered amount.
- If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical issue during a live game, the game manager's ruling will apply.
- For Sports Betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced. If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
6 Prohibited Activities

7 Responsible Gaming
Jililudo believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. The following tools are available to all members:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.

9 Account Cancellation & Suspension
Jililudo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Evidence of involvement in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If account closure is required under a legal directive.
- Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining valid balance before closing your account.
Inactive Account Policy: If there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive and a maintenance fee may apply to the balance.
10 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or complaints regarding jililudo's services will be resolved through the following process:
